Palm River Real Estate

Palm River is located in the north part of Naples, Florida. There are over 600 single-family homes. Additionally, there are a number of condo communities. This Naples real estate was originally developed in the early 1970s. However, many of the homes are newer and match the wants of many Naples home buyers.

One of the greatest advantages to living in Palm River is the easy access to shopping and beaches. After all, Palm River is located less than 3 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.

One of the little-known facts is that many of the homes have Gulf access. There is a brackish canal that leads to an inlet to the Gulf of Mexico.

La Playa golf course is surrounded by Palm River homes. Many of these homeowners benefit from fantastic views.

Because this area was originally developed many years ago the landscape is carved out of the natural preserve.
