Palm River is a non-gated condo, villa and single family development. Originally developed over 40 years ago, the community was built around LaPlaya Golf and Country Club.

Many homes offer their own pools overlooking either a lake or fairway.

However, there aren’t many community amenities.

Some of the condo and villa developments have community pools, some small fitness areas and spas.

The community association is considering adding sidewalks to some of the areas as many residents enjoy jogging and walking throughout the community.

The LaPlaya Golf and Country Club has all country club amenities a buyer could desire.
