Location

Palm River is a non-gated community of condos, villas and single family homes in North Naples, FL.

The community is located north of Immokalee Rd, across from Airport Rd. Residents can access the community two ways: 1. By entering from Pipers Crossing shopping center entrance where Airport dead ends at Immokalee Rd, or 2. from Palm River Blvd and Immokalee Rd to enter the western portion of the community (the main entrance) to La Playa Golf Club.

The community is centrally located on Immokalee Rd – close to the beach, which is just a few miles to the west, and close to North Coillier Regional Park, just a couple miles to the east.

The community is most known for its single family homes around Cypress Way and Palm River Blvd that line the golf course. Most residents do not know that back in the far western reaches of the community down Viking Way lie estate homes on large, untouched lots with sprawling yards and huge, overhanging trees that give this neighborhood a unique look amongst what is otherwise a very new and zero-lot line Naples.

Some homes back up to canals in the western part of the community. In the center, there are many types of condo developments along Cypress Way and Palm View Dr. There are also villa communities with attached and detached villas.
